Coordinate castings, manage schedules, liaise with clients and models, assist with job confirmations, and help ensure every booking runs smoothly from enquiry to wrap-up.

Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential. Attention to detail is an essential quality.

Previous experience in the modelling, fashion, events, or creative industries is a plus.

But a positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
